"Trip With Intent" Wellness Retreat in Tulum

As we start the new 2024 year, we are embracing the pursuit of New Year resolutions centered around becoming the best version of yourself and fostering self-growth.

To support your commitment to these resolutions, we seek to inspire you by reflecting on the "Trip With Intent'' wellness retreat held last year in Tulum, Mexico, and hosted by the remarkable Mariana Morais, @maarebeaar. We were privileged to contribute as a sponsor, infusing a touch of IVY by presenting the attendees with our IVY bikinis.

This Wellness Retreat was a sanctuary designed to unlock inner peace and foster self-discovery amidst the serene backdrop of Tulum's natural beauty.

The retreat offered a unique blend of ancient wisdom and modern wellness practices, providing a space to connect with like-minded individuals and take an incredible step towards self-discovery and growth.

As participants immersed themselves in the transformative power of nature, mindfulness, and holistic therapies, they embarked on a journey to nurture their bodies, minds, and souls. Mariana Morais, reflecting on the experience, expressed profound gratitude for witnessing her vision come to life in a short amount of time.

The trip unfolded with a series of activities aimed at connecting mind and body through intentional movement, honoring ancestors through a honey ceremony, and concluding with a therapeutic soundbath. Each element of the day served a specific purpose:

Yoga: Participants engaged in intentional movements, fostering a profound connection between mind and body. It set the tone for the transformative days ahead.

Honey Ceremony: This ritual, rooted in tradition, provided a powerful means to honor ancestors. It allowed participants to clear lineage burdens, heal childhood family trauma, and balance masculine and feminine energy.

Soundbath: The day concluded with a mesmerizing soundbath, utilizing natural frequencies to heal energy blockages. It was a therapeutic experience that paved the way for self-reflection and inner healing.
