Snowed In with IVY ❄️ A Winter Escape to Remember

This winter, we escaped the city for a cozy, creative retreat in the mountains — our Snowed In with Ivy getaway. Designed to celebrate connection, creativity, and community, the weekend brought together our models, influencers, and the heart of Ivy Swimwear for an unforgettable winter experience.

Time Together, On & Off the Clock

One of the most meaningful parts of the weekend was having our designer present throughout the trip, spending intentional time connecting with everyone beyond the brand. From morning coffee chats to late-night conversations by the fire, it was a rare opportunity to slow down, bond, and share the vision behind Ivy Swimwear in an intimate and organic way.

We were also joined by our incredible core team — Ryan, our lead photographer who flew in from LA, along with Mady, our Marketing Lead, and Natalie, our Operations Coordinator. Having the full creative and operational team together made the weekend especially special, blending collaboration with genuine connection.

The retreat welcomed an amazing group of creators, including Rachel Kim (@rachie.love), Viktoriya (@viktoriyaye), and Esther (@esther_finnie), who each joined with their partners, adding to the warm, communal energy of the weekend. We were also joined by Marissa (@marissaren) and Janice (@janicethitran), making the experience feel intimate, vibrant, and full of meaningful conversation.

Cozy Moments & Winter Wellness

We leaned into the calm of winter with sauna sessions, hot tub soaks under falling snow, and slow mornings centered around rest and connection. The atmosphere set the tone for a weekend focused on balance, presence, and restoration.

Snow Adventures

The group bundled up for ATVing through snowy trails, capturing unforgettable moments along the way. The experience brought a sense of adventure and playfulness that carried throughout the weekend.

Fireside Nights & Comfort Food

Evenings were spent gathered together with s’mores and hot chocolate by the fire, wine and charcuterie boards, and a relaxed pizza night in. One evening, we headed out for a special dinner at Tabla, adding an elevated touch to our winter escape.

Sneak Peeks & Creative Energy

Throughout the weekend, we captured sneak peeks of our upcoming collection, blending winter textures with Ivy’s signature feminine aesthetic. With Ryan behind the lens and the team collaborating creatively, the energy felt natural, inspired, and effortless.
