How long will it take to get my order?

Can I cancel/change my order?
  • Changes to an order can be made within one hour of placing the order, provided that the order has not been processed.
  • Changes include resizing a product, adding or removing items from the order, or changing the shipping address.
  • Unfortunately, due to our quick processing time, we cannot guarantee that all change and cancellation requests can be fulfilled.
  • If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact our customer care team within one hour of placing your order at hello@ivyswimwear, and include your order number and the details of your request in the email.
  • Promptly contacting us will help us to deliver your order as soon as possible and avoid any processing delays.
What shipping carriers do you use?

We use all major local carriers, and USPS for United States orders. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

How much does shipping cost?

We charge a flat rate for all our packages.

Orders placed to ship to US or CA over $100 USD will get FREE shipping!

FREE Shipping to the rest of the world for orders over $200 USD.

Shipping is non-refundable except in cases where Ivy Swimwear may have made an error.

Are customs and duties include in my international order?

Please note you may be charged additional customs and duties upon arrival. Customs and duties are the responsibility of the customer.

Store credit

Can I return my product?

At this time we offer store credits only.

We always aim to make sure our customers love our products! If you need to exchange your items for any reason, we are more than happy to provide a store credit.

Items must be unworn and in new condition with tags and liners attached. We reserve the right to inspect your product upon arrival before approving store credits.

Gift cards, sale items and IVY Intimates/Lingerie are not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit.

How do I get a store credit?

Items purchased are eligible for a store credit ONLY if we are notified of reason within 10 days of purchase and receive the product within 30 days.

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all the original protective slips attached.

Items must be returned as a complete set. We do not allow for top or bottom only exchanges.

Return shipping must be paid by the customer and the items can be mailed to:

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will recieve your returned items.


Once we receive the shipment it will be inspected for approval. Please allow us up to 10 days to process your request. Once it is processed we will notify you via email.

Please note all products are your responsibility until they are returned to IVY Swimwear. We will not issue store credit on item/s that are not recieved or lost in transit.

Gift cards, sale items and IVY Intimates/Lingerie are not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit. 

How long do store credits last?

An IVY store credit will be emailed to you in the form of a coupon code, which you can use to re-purchase another item! Store credits are valid for 12 months.

If there has been a discrepancy in your credit(s) please contact us at hello@ivyswimwear.com with your order number and a brief explanation for further assistance.


Do you sell tops and bottoms separately?

Unfortunately at this time we only sell sets together.
